Have a lot of confidence in you guys so I need your opinon.
I have a base 2006 C6 manual trans with K&N cold air induction, and Corsa catback with X pipe system.
Can you give me several referrances for doing a tune in the Houston area?
That doesn't surprise me. I used them long ago with my original tune on my other car and the customer service was not up to par with me. That's all I'll say.
That's interesting. How do you run a business like theirs without doing tunes? Or are they just not doing tunes on cars they didn't do the work on? I used them on my C5 with good success.
Yes I missed that post Dmax sorry.
Next question. Ive installed corsa xpipe and sport catback,K&N intake and Looking for Kooks long tubes. Should I wait for headers before the tune or would there be a performance gain by getting a tune done on just what Ive installed now?
You will get a performance gain tuning ANY setup, but unless you have your own copy of the software or your tuner gives free retunes you will want to wait until you have the mods on that you want your car tuned for.
Wait till you install the headers. The tune is lifetime, meaning you can get it tuned for free when you make changes, but you will pay for dyno time. So just do the headers then get the tune so that you don't pay twice for dyno time.
