Default 17" x 9.5"??

I found some 17x9.5 old ZR1 wheels.
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 4.75 or 5 x 120.65
70.7mm hub size

Will I be able to use these on the back of my 2007 C6 with drag radials?

Yes.
And I'd go with a 275-40-17 drag radial on there.
