this is not a small amount of moisture we are talking about it being covered with moisture and it has been that way now for 2 days it has not dried out at all we have had this car 2 years now and it has never had a drop of moisture in it.and whats the deal with the light why am I getting 1 thing from the dealer and something totally different from all the parts houses

The low-beam bulb is an HID D1S 4300K bulb (if this is the bulb that you are referring to).
These bulbs are quite expensive - if you search the internet you can probably find them for about $120. This is definitely not an $18.00 bulb!
Depending on the year of your Vette, this bulb may be replaced under warranty. (It would be helpful if you indicated your Vette info in your profile).
The condensation in the headlamp capsule may be increasing since the bulb is burned and thus not producing the heat necessary to vaporize the condensation.
