squeaky brakes on C6
Anyone have this problem.My brakes squeek, especially when braking hard. If I ease onthem it's less notcieable.
any idea for a fix?

The squeeky wheel gets the grease.
OK, maybe you should not grease the brakes. I have had some success by putting a non-directional finish cut on the rotors. This seems to break up the harmonics and eleminate or decrease brake noise.

Yeah mine started pretty bad around 20K miles and I pulled the brakes off and they were still fine.
Had I thought about it I should've run some sandpaper across the rotors...that has helped in the past on other cars when brakes started to squeak.
