Alternater differences???

Alternater differences???
Do the C6 LS2,LS3 share the same alternater as the C6ZO6?
The reason i ask is i know that our rev-limiters on the LS2,LS3`s are set stock at 6600rpms and the ZO6 rev-limiter is set at 7100 i believe.
Is there a difference between them?
Also, has there been any bulletins with the C6 2006-2008 regaurding alternaters? If so could you post the link.

Can the C6 stock altenator handle reving up to 7000rpms?....Does that answer your question?

Tony I've had mine to 7k many times and it still works. I might have some concern on a road race car that stayed up there for days but I don't think the occasional jaunt will hurt it.
There are different Alt versions but its by year not necessarily car. I'm not sure by car.

Tony I've had mine to 7k many times and it still works. I might have some concern on a road race car that stayed up there for days but I don't think the occasional jaunt will hurt it.
