Need clutch advice guys
Have a 616 Lingenfelter Z06 with a 150 shot and 4.10 gears(might go with 3.73's). Just put in a Spec twin disc P-Trim clutch and I hate it.
It is either on or off,no in between. Great for the track , but not ideal for the street. Chatters from a start.
Any other choices out there that are more driver friendly ? It will be on the track also with a big M&H Drag radial/ccw set up.

im really suprised you hate that clutch. I never had a problem with them. You might want to consider an RPS Carbon Carbon Triple. That might better suit you but its PRICEY. If you need any more info on it PM me.

Just put a Spec Stage 2 twin disc in my Lingenfelter 616 with a 150 shot. I drove it for a few hundred miles and it is either on or off. Not really what I want for a daily driver. It also chatters a bit. I took it to the track with a 28" tall M&H and it held fine(Blew my output shaft).
Is there a more streetable clutch without that on/off feel ? Something you can slip a little like a stock clutch and no chatter ?
It will need to hold 700RW.
