Default Performance packages

I have a 2007 convertable and am going to add some HP to the ride. Any opinions on the best way to go about this? simply add a performance package from SLP or Lingenfelter or do it piece by piece.

Any opinions

Thanks

SLP even has a new cam that is designed to go with the L92/L76 when added to the LS2 motor! ...looks like a good deal overall...

I would get a D series procharger set-up with 6 pounds of boost and have a great daily driver that would be a monster on the streets.

I think your answers to the following questions might help you decide for yourself:

1) What's your budget?

2) Are all of the funds available now, or do you have to save up?

3) Will you be doing any of the work yourself?

4) If so, how mechanically inclined are you and how comfortable are you with taking apart your vette?

5) Do you plan to Tune the car after the install?

6) If so, will you do the tune yourself using an aftermarket tuner or do you plan on having the car professionally tuned?

7) If porfessionally tuned, will you prefer a dyno tune, street tune, or a combination of the two?

8) What are your performance goals? Include rw HP/TQ numbers as well as what you'll be using the car for (e.g. daily driver, 1/4 mile, autocross, road racing, etc.)

Once you can answer these questions (and likely a few I'm missing) you'll be better able to discuss, if not decide on, a way ahead.

Anyone else have input on things I may have overlooked?
