I was just on you tube looking at supercharged corvette videos, because i am in the process of having a procharger installed on my c6. That is when i came across this video.. TITLE (sneakys c5- procharged supercharged corvette) I watched the video for about 1minute and 15 seconds, when i seen , SAME RUN WITH HELIUM INJECTION, instead of meth. Man that boost guage swept across to 12 psi FAST. Is this used instead of methenal, it changed completely changed the sound of the car. COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS IS, BECAUSE I WANT SOME.

The YouTube video SAYS Helium Injection. But Helium is inert and would actually reduce power. The car has a ProCharger+Methanol injection. It could be No2 or methanol but its not clear from the video. Definitely not helium thou.

Hummm, Back in my welding days we used to put about 5-10 percent HELIUM in with our Argon, to make the puddle hotter for thicker Alumium welding. Hence the name hel-arc.

true, but how big would the tank have to be to be able to run it at WOT for any appreciable time.
I work for Air Force Space Command, where we have those pointing things that can reach out and touch other countries. If I got some of that fuel I bet my boost would go up and I'd get lots of power but is it feasible?

Well watch the video. What ever he is using is defanently boosting his h.p. and completely changes the sound of his car. Granted that he is granny shifting in the (meth) run, but still he is making lots more power on (helium), i wonder if he is a forum member!

THE HELIUM INJECTION WAS ADDED AS KIND OF A JOKE, THE BOOST VIDEO WAS EDITED AND SPEEDED UP, THERE IS NO HELIUM INJECTION ON THIS CAR, AND IN MY PERSONAL OPIMION IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL. i aint laughing. THought i had stumbled on to something awsome. What an A hole.
