c6 sub box

hey guys I was wondering if anyone had found a sub enclosure for one or 2 10 subs. i found the single jl audio one but am not a fan and if im gonna spend 600 im gonna have a custome one done but im looking ot have one alot cheaper than that what have you guys found?

well some things to concider do you still want to put the top back there or not if you don't care about it. then just get a regular box and use that. I think it looks like crap that's why I didn't take the one form my last car and put it in there and I want to put the top back there. I was thinking of making some fiberglass box that will angle them and put it right behind the seats. there is enough room to put it there and still get the top in the back. just haven't had the time to make it yet.

Boxology (a Forum Vendor) makes a great box and the top still fits.

You're going to spend at least $300 on a custom box....and that's just for the box. Then you have wires, Speaker, AMP, connections, etc. Your better off going with a quality product that has been prefabed for you, fits in the back, looks good, and the speaker comes with it.

I also just found a website corvettecaraudio.com and with jl i didnt mean that i didnt care for their products just not their box for the c6 they make awesome subs!

I've got a 2nd sub and can build you the same box and ship it for $200.

Sub is a solobaric L5 12" and the box volume comes in right at .92 CF. Sub needs minimum of .88 CF

I had a local shop custom make an amp rack and sub box for a 10" alpine r series woofer. The top fits in over sub and the cubby hole doors open fully.

check out my set up (my pics) slopes up, cut out for the amp, its like a complete false bottom trunk, still access my storage and stow the top with no issues.

Check out subthump. They have custom boxes for the C6, and they're much less expensive than most of the competitors. The boxes are larger, so you'll have to figure out if they work for you.
