My clutch stuck to the floor. I could pull it back up with my hand or foot, when I push it back down it stays down. The clutch can only be up or down no in between. Somthing strange.

The clutch itself is either stuck in the disengaged position or (more likely) you have a hydraulic leak.
The pedal assist spring will hold up the pedal once you lift it off the floor and go over-center, so that's to be expected if there's no hydraulic back-pressure.

do a search on this topic.. there are many posts regarding this problem.. Many replace the clutch fluid often and claim that the problem is resolved. A search will reveal a lot of information that should help.
Make sure the fluid is full - visually, do not open.
Has the return spring been removed? if so, put it back on.
The clutch master cylinder has gone empty for some reason. Return Spring taken off, crud in the fluid (very common from high heat - any burnouts lately?), not letting clutch pedal return all the way (riding your foot on the clutch pedal).
The master refills at the very top of each stroke, so the pedal must be allowed to return to the complete top.
After you know it is full and not too cruddy looking. Pull pedal all the way up and hold for a couple seconds at the top. Repeat three times all the way down, then holding all the way up.
Drive the car. Not fixed yet - Change the clutch fluid. Repeat the pedal pull up thing. Still not fixed - may need a new clutch assembly or mastercyl/slave assm, self adjusting mechanism may be out of whack.
