Default Need advice '09 clutch/trans/diff issues

I'm trying to understand what's going on so I am prepared for a dealer visit for my '09 coupe with 880 miles.

First is clutch chatter, had it since I picked up the car. Slipping the clutch in slowly in first gear can make a lot of jerking, even with well sufficient RPMs. Isn't getting any better after almost two months.

Second is a noise from the rear when taking off from a stop slowly in first gear after the clutch is fully engaged and my foot is off the clutch pedal. There is a soft metalic gear nashing kind of sound that lasts for a second or two after the clutch is fully engaged if I start very slowly. Most audible if just creeping around very slowly, like in a parking lot.

Third, shifting until the car is really very well warmed up is unpleasant. Particularly into 2nd. There is a fair bit of resistance and going into 2nd I can feel a kind of "kickback" where it's like you can feel the gears turning and you have to wait until it finds an openning it wants to use and then goes in. This is with clutch pedal held all the way down. After it warms up (half an hour of driving, or heat soak from shutdown and coming back after a while), the shifting seems acceptable.

I've quite babied it through the break-in period. Never even rev'ed much over 3000 RPM until after 500 miles, kept the speeds low for the rear end break-in. Since about 600 or 700 miles I've occassionally done some harder starts, higher speeds and higher RPM runs. In any case, all these symptoms have been present since I picked up the car new and are the same and not made worse by anything I've been doing while driving.
