SunsetOrangeCreations NPP controller - great customer service!
I bought one of Ben's first NPP controllers that works with the '08 Lear sun visor buttons. Any of you with NPP remote controllers know how slick that is! I enjoy the quiet during my 45 minute morning commute that starts at 6:15 am (noisy exhaust might wake me up 
), and I enjoy the rumble on weekends.
About 2 weeks ago it stopped working. I PM'ed Ben who replied right away that he would replace the box at no cost to me. Not only did Ben replace it, he did the swap for me since we live near each other! *That* is customer service!
