Hey everybody...I wonder if it possible to replace the PCM,from E38-E40..??

Not trying to be trite, but you don't have a PCM (this was the Powertrain Control Module in the C5). The C6 has separate ECM and TCM (Engine and Transmission Control Modules).

And to answer your question.....not cheaply. The E40 uses a 24 tooth reluctor wheel and the E38 uses the 58 tooth reluctor wheel. Also the wiring harness is different. One ECM has 3 plugs on it, and the other only has two.
