Default Oil usage problem, help

Hi All,
My car did not use any oil between oil changes, until, I had new ported heads installed. Now the car uses about 1 quart about every 2000 miles. The car is driven the same now as before, which is easy. All the plugs look ok and all the same. The only place, I can think of, where the oil may be comming from is the valve stem oil seals. What do Yall think???
