ok.. i found some repros in 18x9.5 and 18x10.5

the problem is the 10.5's offset is the same as the 9.5's (c5 front offset) and i think it will stick out of the wheels wells,

i want to put either the M/T 305/35/18 dr's or the BFG 295/35/18's on,, both recommend at least a 10" wheel. 9.5 is close, can it be safely done? id probley stick to the bfg's if i only went with the 9.5's,, but i really want those MT's!!

anybody have that setup already? either one.. how much do the 10.5's stick out? pictures please..

thanks

Yes the 18 by 9.5`s is what Dennis and i have both ran and Dennis cut 1.4-1.5 with that tire and rim combo. Make sure the offset 65mm for the rears.

Give Tom a call at House of Wheels - he's out of Belton, TX. Forum Vendor - if it's put there, Tom will find it and give you a good price on it.

ok, well, according to my doodles and numerous calculations the 10.5" with the +58mm rim will only stick out 1.11" or about 28MM more than stock.

someone suggested CNC milling the mating surface about 15mm to suck the rim in more if it was out too far,

does anyone have any pictures of the 18x10.5 +58mm wheels with tires?

-carl

more info:

the 9.5"s will stick out 0.73" more than stock rears

the 10.5's will stick out 0.38" more than the 9.5"s
the 10.5"s will stick out 1.11" more than stock rears,,
