Just got done getting stuff dialed in on the dyno last night with my vortech install.

Car made good power, 08 LS3 A6.

Car did great on the dyno.

My buddy went to do some street tuning on it this morning and when it went to shift into 3rd it kind of lagged like it was hanging up and then the 2724 came on.

Any help here

 

i would start with a scan tool so you can see if the solenoid is stuck then command it on/off

You should get that to the dealer as soon as possible. You could lose 4th 5th and 6th gear.

you can command the solenoid off? or are you talking about the code?

seems to mainly do it on the 2 - 3 shift

to be honest, i think it did it once on me the other day after the s/c install but before ever laying in to the car on the dyno

what exactly does this solenoid do?

 

What tuning software? I don`t believe hptuners has that setting? Can you tell us how?

i'm wondering if it has to do with the tune,

is it possible the gauges or wideband are tapped into the wrong place and thats freaking it out,

or is it possible it's completely unrelated????
