Default Dual mode exhaust

Is there an easy way to open this all the time and is there a downside (other that sound) in doing this?

Pull the fuse. Do a search for M2W (mild to wild).

Exhaust fuse #10 under the passenger floor will do this, the drone will eventually get to you...Pete

I installed the Mild2Wild setup recently and really enjoy it. You won't enjoy having the flaps open all the time, it's a bit much.

Please explain "it's a bit much". I've read it's not terribly loud. Is it a bit to much drone? Or maybe it is a bit to loud under some specific conditions?

Not sure how you know the OP won't enjoy having the flaps open all the time but.....................
I have the NPP and have had the flaps open, closed, and everywhere in-between. I decided I liked the flaps open all the time and that is where they will stay. I have no drone as others have said.
BTW: I am not one of the younger crowd.

Umm, maybe that's the answer. Old and hard of hearing. Maybe I'll like the flaps open all the time too, especially if I have trouble hearing.

My wife and I fight over how loud the TV is. How do you think she'll like the flaps? Open all the time or other?

I am not hard of hearing, yet. Just like the sound of the exhaust with the flaps open. Certainly not everyone's cup of tea.
I can't speak to whether your wife will like the flaps open or closed. Now that it's getting colder here I just ask my wife to wear earmuffs to keep her ears warm when she tags along. She can't hear the exhaust.
