Default engine mods and emissions?

Hi all,
I have a 08 C6 A6 ls3. I am about to buy and install headers, free flow cats, CAI, 160 thermo and then get it tuned. I understand this blows my warranty to hell but does anybody know after all that if the car will pass New York State emissions inspection?
Thanks,
Mike

Probably not considering the Headers and Cats.

It's not like they are going to go easy on you.

after I put all that parts in I'm going to take it to chuck. I just wanted a broader view from the experts on this site before I called chuck for the the tune

From a technical stand point, anytime you move the CATS from the factory location, it is against "Federal" law. However, there are states that "overlook" the location as long as you have them and all other test results pass.........

This is very much state-specific. You need to talk to folks who have already been there/done that in your state. Maybe ask the Vette Doctors, they're in Amityville.
