Active Handling needs the TPS
I recently just changed rear tires and rims, they didn't change the TPS over. I do still have front TPS.
Now on the highway I get Active Handling Message coming up.
I read in a differnt forum that the Active Handling uses the TPS?
Is this true? If so I think I am in trouble by having only front sensors.
Thanks,

You didn't say what tires or what size tires/wheels you put on, but that could have something to do with it.
I see you live on the tundra.
Virtually all of the high performance tires do not provide good traction when cold. Any time you start to lose traction and the tail-end tries to scoot sideways more than the AH wants to tolerate, AH will activate to try to keep you from swapping ends. So.....seeing a message that AH is active is a good thing! The main thing that not having sensors will not allow you to do is to go into Comp mode or turn off AH completely. If you don't want Comp mode or to turn off AH completely, then running with no sensors shouldn't create any other problems.
Another thing that you could be experiencing would be ABS intervention if your new tires are significantly different sizes than the OE tires. Butt....that should give you DIC messages of ABS active, not the AH.
