Default Brake pads ...
Looking at some used pads with 300 miles on them. They're from a 2008 non-Z-51 car. I purchased new rotors for installation in the Spring. Everyone says the pads should also be new. Do you think these pads qualify, and will they fit my 2006 - non -Z51? Thanks.

Just go to auto zone and get the carbon metallic brakes. I think the pads are like 80 bucks front and back total and are worth the money.

I only buy GM ceramic pads. About $150 and your wheels stay clean.
