2008 Convertible Top Problems

Absolutely wierd! Last weekend, put the motorized top down on my 2008 Vert...drove it most of the day with the top down...pulled it into the garage...pressed the button...NOTHING... Wouldn't do anything. So, I got out the "supplied" Allen Wrench and released the pressure on the hydraulic pump...and put the top up manually. Then, I decided to try to go through the normal process of putting the top up and down...it worked perfectly. So, here's the question, is this just a fluke...a one time deal...or should I worry about the top working when I want it to? Called the dealership...they were as clueless as I was...

So, is this a problem...will it be a problem...or should I just count it out as a one time thing?

Got any ideas?

or maybe one of the windows wasn't fully down, and for some reason didn't get the signal to go down all the way.

I get computer glitches all the time, usually I just have to turn the car off and on to correct the problem.

If you remove the battery cable while top is down, you will have to pull it up before it will work normal again.
