SPEC Flywheels

Is it true Fidanza makes these flywheels and SPEC just slaps their sticker/logo on them and sell as a SPEC Flywheel?

Found a good price on a SPEC alum flywheel and wanna get today, but dont want to sacrifice quality if Fidanza doesnt make them.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure about the Fidanza claim, but from what I hear, SPEC's clutches are all crap. So could this apply to their flywheels? I'm not sure. And, yes, they are enticingly affordable.

I had a Spec stage II clutch and aluminum flywheel on my 425 rwhp C5. It was EXCELLENT. Great clamping power, smooth takeup, stock pedal feel and engagement.

I run a SPEC 3 clutch and aluminum flywheel in my C6. Works great, spins up fast. A little more digital than stock so it will take some getting used to. NOT crap.
