Traction Problems
I don’t have a lot of experience with Corvettes. My ’07 Z06 is the first and only Vette I’ve ever driven and I’ve only put 3500 miles on it. I have had the car modified with a Lingenfelter twin turbo package and the car is now getting a RPM Level V ZR1 drive train and DSS 1000 hp axles installed. My problem is traction. I find it difficult to get the car to hook-up until about 100 mph. I’m considering getting DRs for racing. Any ideas for the street?

Good Luck with traction...
I have 345 Hoosiers under my wide body kit and they have problems on the street getting traction. I liked it better when I was at 520 RWHP and ripping up the streets on my Nitto's 305/35/18. I now have 757 RWHP and traction is a problem...

D/R's arent going to be much for traction with that kind of horse power. But they will be better than anything regular tires can give you. Mickey thompson makes good d/r's but you better get some slicks for the track.
