weird noise when turning left?
does anybody have any thoughts on this... 08 automatic coupe, when slowly turning to the left (like backing up or parking) i hear a clicking? noise, maybe 2 or 3 of them. this only happens when i first go into drive or reverse. so, if i put the car in reverse, turning the steering wheel to the left i get a couple clicks then it stops. i could go in circles and nothing. after, i put it in drive and go forward, hear a couple clicks then nothing after that. i can't really tell where the noise is coming from. the car has been lowered but i'm pretty sure that's not the problem. also just had a wheel alignment done. maybe the tsb rear end fluid thing? sorry for the long post. thanks!

well, it's not the rear end fluid. had it changed, no luck. noise is now when turning both ways. i don't think it's the tires rubbing because the noise stops (when going in circles) and i don't see any wear marks inside the fenderwells. going to take it in one monday. hope it's a warranty item.

It's probably your posi clutchs being a little noisy during sharp turns. I had this happen once in my 3rd gen when I "forgot" to add friction modifier...once I added it, it went away...not saying C6 needs friction modifier (so check) but it could be as simple as that.
