As John said, virtually NOTHING. Brake ducts won't work as the Z06's are different. If you mean filler panels in the wheel wells, I would say yes as the big inner fenderwells are not offered as they are glued to the chassis. Will have to come up with something to fill the gap between the edge of the fenderwell and the inside edge of the fender. Some make extensions from plastic and some have used pipe insualtion that is split and slipped over the edge of the fenderwell. I am sure some of the hardware can be reused.

Filler panels are different. Only thing I can think of that transfers to the Z bumper is one plastic black part that mounts in lower middle of bumper and the fog lights. The air dam is the same also, although they do send you one with the widebody kit.
