I think it should fit. The Extreme's are just smaller (thinner) mufflers vs the Sport's. Of note is that you may get drone at cruise as the Corsa's resonated H-pipe was designed to deal with this on A6 cars and I believe this system is mufflers only.
Here's a link to the installation guide that may have a few more answers. As you can see the mufflers are the same length and use the same over axle pipes but the Extremes mufflers are just smaller.
