How much did you shell out for the hood? What kind and what was the prep and paint?

Here's mine from ACI in Texas, but I got it from WCC for about $750. Then, I took it to a special paint shop that only does Austin Martins, Ferarri's, Corvette's, etc. That cost was $1,200, but it is solid and gorgeous.

It's easy to find out what it is going to cost to buy a hood. Then call your local shops to find out what it will cost to prep and paint. It will be different in all parts of the country.
