I love my MGW but that is the only one I have had on the Vette so no other point of reference except for stock to be honest.

Toughest part is the removal of the center console, etc. The actual shifter install is cake! Just take your time and you will be fine. Not difficult at all. Took about an hour.

Thanks for the imput i ordered one to day will be here 1/5/09 there on back order right now they say that they cant keep them in stock they sale out very quick !! any info on gitting the center console out ?? plan to do it myself.

Wow I really have to try this shifter out one day. I have the Callaway and I'm completely satsifed with it, but no shifter gets as much support as the MGW. I wish it was out when I got mine. Sounds like you made the right decision....oh and install is pretty easy.
