That sounds high to me...approx. $1k+ too high. Also, you won't hit 480-500rwhp without a fairly aggressive cam. Expect 405-425 rwhp (lower range for A6 & higher range for M6) on a 91 octane tune. Sorry I can't help you on a local tuner though. A lot of the speed shops can have your car trailered in for mods.

Also, I suggest you call some of the more popular tuners that are sponsors on this site to get a better perspective on the cost of your mods. The more I think about it, that price seems $1200-$1400 too high.
While the car will never do 480+ rwhp on the mods you listed, it will should put down 480+hp.
