Is it advisable to do headers in conjunction with the ported FAST for the best performance? Are is it mostly choosing one or the other . . . what have most done?

The ported FAST will complement a nice heads/cam package. If this is just a bolt on motor, the gains will not be as high.
What are the big differences between the 92mm manifold and the 90mm? I'm planning on adding a supercharger to my ls2, to go along with headers and full 3" exhaust. Will I see any big gains at that point by adding the intake manifold? Thanks.

New added features:
- Enlarged 92mm size for added flow
- Corrosion free stainless steel bolts
- Strengthened throttle body flange
- Improved throttle body seal design
- Threaded insert throttle body mounts
The intake isn't as important on a street car FI motor. We ran an 8.2 ET with an LS6 intake. You just have to ask yourself if it's worth the small gain you get from it vs. turning up the boost.
