I have an 08 ls3 w/ the npp dual mode and a vararam untuned. Got two pulls for $20 today. First run was 368whp/367wtq done in 3rd gear. Second pull was 378whp/375wtq done in 4th gear. Now these numbers are from a mustang dyno. My question is, what would the numbers be like on a dyno jet? Id post a pic of the graph but my camera sucks.

Why the 3rd gear pull? Most (all?) dyno pulls in manual cars are done in 4th gear.
Or is yours an automatic? (as we all know there is no 1:1 ratio in the A6)

Not a dynopak dyno.. The pull has to be done in a gear that does not exceed 140mph.. I had mine dyno'd on a dynopak at a bmw dealer and at 140mph the graph goes flat.. So at 5,500 rpm in 4th it peaked at 446hp. Crap dyno.. I think I scared all the yuppies to death with NPP open w/ LT's and no cats. Hehehehe! The funny thing is the Modded M5's were only putting down 420hp.
