Go with long tube headers for better sound than stock as well as a healthy bump in HP/TQ.

Definitely do it for sound...I love the way my GM/Borla unit sounds...amazing.
This weekend, I got to hear it from outside the car for the first time...my buddy did a couple fly-by's while I stood at the end of my street...seriously sweet music.

I have the GM performance touring exhaust. This one is very quiet in my opinion, mellow and quiet inside the car. I heard that it gained 15hp to the crank which isnt much to the rear. One thing I dont like is the bends in the pipe of the system, it reminds me of the C5 setup.
