I'm looking for recommendations for new/replacement spark plugs for a 2007 LS2.

We use NGK plugs here at the shop. I personally like the TR6.

I am running the NGK iridium in my 06 LS2, I went 1 heat range colder. It's the plug used in the Z06, Part # TR6iX

If your running a headers/tune, or other mods, I would use the TR6ix.

TR6 here w/ Maggie and headers, one step colder than stock and at a 1.99 a copy you can't go wrong.

I had TR6 and didn't like them. Moved to TR55 with .047 gap and MSD wires. Idle is better and gas mileage went up 10%. Car has heads/cam, exhaust and tune.

For those of you that run the TR6, how long do they last? I read on another forum that the TR6IX require less voltage to spark.

NGK TR55 and TR55IX are gapped at .060" gap. The LS2 is spec'd at .040" so the correct replacement is the TR5.
I communicated directly with NGK and they stated their website incorrectly listed the TR55 for Corvettes.
The shop I took my car to incorrectly intalled the TR55 but they seem to be fine once gapped at .060" so I have left them alone.
