I am putting on a different set of GM wheels with their own sensors, since i had the wheels powder coated i don't know wich sensors is going where, do i just install them and then go to my dealer to get them working right?

If I read you correctly, you are getting a second set of wheels but will take the sensors out of your original wheels and put them into your new powdercoated wheels - is that correct?
If so, then if you had noted which sensor came from which corner of the car and put them into your new wheels so each one would be back on that same corner, then nothing would have to be done.
I think you are saying that you don't know which corner they came off from. In that case, if you put them randomly in your new wheels, they will still work, but when the DIC says "Right Front 23 psi" it may really be talking about the LR or some other position.
So....yes, you will need to get them reprogrammed with a tool. I would not recommend the dealer. The tire shop that mounts up your tires will have the tool and can do it for you.
