Default Question re air filter shroud

Does the front of the air filter shroud rest on the small nipple protruding from the frame at the center of the engine bay? My shroud keeps falling forward and won't stay in place, Suggestions?

On my 06, the air filter assy. has 2 pins or nipples, 1 on each side facing front. They have rubber bushings on them and fit into 2 corresponding holes on the cross-member directly in front of the filter assy.

OK- thanks - I'll pull the shroud off again and take a closer look at it tonight. My car is a 2005, any chance the assembly has changed? I didn't notice anything like you're describing but maybe I didn't look carefully. Thanks again for your help.

Alrighty - problem solved - someone (po or dealer) put the shroud in BACKWARDS! A little better fit now.
