I had the C6 Electric Fan installed on my Trailblazer SS, and it is doing something bazaar. While the truck is off and cold, the fan will turn on for about 1-2 seconds then go off - then a few moments later it will do it again. It did this repeatedly while I was in the garage Sunday night. The shop I brought it to has never seen anything like this happen. My ideas are that maybe the controller is bad? Or maybe the wire the shop tapped into is used for the radio circuit? because I was told that XM and the radio will update itself every so often even when the truck is off which may cause the fan to turn on and off. I was just wondering if any of you guys have encountered this same problem or may know how to solve it? Any help/advice is appreciated - thanks.
if you live near an airport maybe the radio is getting take off inst......sorry i couldnt help myself...i would take it back to the installer before it stays on and kills the batt....sounds like a bad controller

LOL Thanks I needed a laugh! That's the thing - the controller he put on is new from the dealer (so he says). And I'm tired of making trips to the shop because it's not exactly around the corner (about 1hour and 40min away). It's just so frustrating - why can't it be done right the first time! lol
