Plesas read: you will not believe this 360wheels
On October 22, 2008, I ordered and paid in full for a set of 360 wheel and tire package through a forum retailer. Today Feb 28, over 4 months, I have not gotten the wheels and tires.
This is where things gets interesting. The middle of January I called the retailer and cancelled the order and had my credit card holder issue a dispute to recover the money I paid for the wheels and tires. The first of Feb. this retailer,without my permission, re-charged my credit card for the price of the wheels and tires. This is clearly fraud.
I called 360 and talked with both Jon and Jordan and was given assurance that the wheels were finished and would be shipped. Jordan even gave me an invalid shipping #.
After it was clear to me that these clowns were not going to ship the wheels, I retained an attorney. It was clear that Ragin Racin and 360 were working together and attempting to stall, stall and not deliver the wheels and tires.
If there is anyone that do not believe this, I recorded all discussions with Jon, Jordan and Shawn. I will put the recordings on You Tube. I have my c/c receipts as well, to prove my position.
This is the worst business practice that I have encountered
This is not an attempt to discredit but to inform. If you have an order with these crooks, I would be careful and not listen to promises, but verify. I am exploring my options legally.

If you did as you said and "retained an attorney", surely he/she would advise you not to make any further statements and he is your representative on the matter. If in fact the allegations are true, the attorney would know all the civil and criminal procedures/remedies available to you. Your frustration is certainly understandable. However, listen to your counsel on this issue.
No need discuss anything further in this matter.
