Well, as some of you know, 2008 was both an excellant year, and horrible year for my company. We grew at a rate that was almost impossible for me to control..
The good side was, well, we grew..
The bad side was, we grew..

I have always tried to have everyone call my cell phone whenever they felt necessary. Some people took advantage of that and called me soo often I would actually spend 5-6 hours of my day on the phone. I have actually started breaking the 12 thousand minute a month mark. It has gotten to the point that it cripples my day, and does not allow me to get anything done. THEN I get slammed for not helping someone out..

Finally, we came to the realization that we needed to expand our facilities. We decided to take the business to a whole new level of playing. No more of this "Jeff handles everything B.S."

Sooooo, new for 2009, is a new facility, new equipment, new staff, full time internet sales dept, and most of all, someone to answer my phones.. Now, I can concentrate on what I love, and that is breaking stuff..

Beginning tomorrow, the equipment and furniture starts rolling in, and we will FINALLY transition into our new digs..

I didnt take pictures of every room, cause their not finished yet. Also, there is a seperate wing of the facility that is not done being painted (the other 5,000 sqft), but i'm sure you get the point.

So what is the layout you ask????
  • 10,164 total square feet (I think we might be one of the largest on the West Coast)
  • 800sqft "Customer Lounge and retail center" (Complete with pool table, blackjack table, buisness center, theatre system, poker table, leather couches and love seat)
  • 2 seperate 200sqft parts rooms for locked parts storage.
  • Locked Customer parts room, with individual customers racks
  • 16 Closed Circuit DVR surveilence cameras
  • 8 Customer accessable webcams
  • Front reception area with glassed fourier (sp?). Complete with leather couch and a hot receptionist..
  • 4 seperate large offices.
  • Large engine assembly clean room, with seperate HVAC system.
  • HUGE stainless steel assembly area.
  • Large custom fabrication dept.
  • 12 "2 Post" asymetrical lifts
  • 1 "4 post" lift
  • 1 area set up for corner weighting, and alignment
  • Dynojet 224 Eddy Current load control in-ground Dyno

Best of all, we are BY FAR the closest facility in Las Vegas, the the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the LV NHRA drag strip. The LVMS is right across the street, and the NHRA strip is only a few hundred yards away.

Hopefully you guys like what i've put together. Cause at the end of the day, its the members of the forum that helped build my buisness what it is..

2009 will not only bring great things for the Las Vegas and surrounding areas, but it will also allow me to get back to the customer service that I have been un-able to provide over the last 8 months.

Please enjoy the few quick shots I took this evening..

BTW, THANK YOU to the members who have already swung by and said hello..

OH, Also, my wonderfull wife helped me paint, carpet, and buildout the ENTIRE facility. She even helped me hang the sign. We did 100% of the work BY OURSELVES!!!

Dont hate on the furniture. Its TEMPORARY.. It's only for the ability to have a place to eat lunch..

Thank you, I appreciate it..

ALOT of hard work, and effort went into this business. It will be even nicer once all of the other pieces of the puzzle come together, and the equipment is installed..
