It keeps the wheels from turning, toe in & toe out, as the suspension jounces & rebounds especially while going through a turn.

Thank you.... Does it go on the front or rear wheels? Do you know what the basic "concept of operation" is? How / Why does it work? Thx

It goes on the front wheels, though you can put them on the rear of an independently suspended car.

A bump steer kit works by relocating the steering arm to parallel w/ the A-arms.

Nice youtube video....

The bump steer kits allow you to change the mounting angle of the drag links. But remember, when you buy the kit, you just get the kit. You will need to do the analysis yourself. This will consist of measuring your car at ride height, removing the springs, bolting on a plate to the spindles that use dial indicators to measure how much toe in, and toe out the wheels experience throughout travel. YOU have to decide what is the best setup. =)

its usually used for guys who change the factory ride height. they set them to parrallel from the factory and if you lower it changes the angles of course. i havent seen them used on raised cars (dont know if a guy who never goes over 60 cares) but if you are road racing at high speeds and hits a few bummbep it sure helps kee pthe wheels tracking. most of the guys who use em need em.

now WHY would you do that? just crank those wedge bolts down all the way and WALA the cars lower'd, those engineers don't know a thing, don't worry about geometry, don't need no stinken geometry {LOL}
