installing headers question
Is it ok to use the stock gaskets for my headers if on both gaskets on 1 end came apart at the indintation? Both gaskets look really good no deformities. Im thinking if I reuse them they will be fine, but I just wanted to make sure before I bolt the headers on tommorrow morning. thanks

I resused mine. No problems since. Seemed way better than the header companies header gaskets. Plus I wasnt about to spray gasket sealant on both sides of the new metal gaskets as they recommended and then install.

I reused my stock gaskets when i installed my z06 headers..and then had to turn right back around and do it over again because the driver side leaked..They looked to be in perfect condition..I think once that metal splits open you need to get new ones..Best of luck bud..
