Default ABS keeps coding
My ABS and traction control keeps lighting up saying service ABS and traction control etc. The ABS activates with minimal brake pressure as little a 2-3 mph. Even costing out of the garage. Anyone have any ideas of what might be wrong. It is intermittent and doesn't happen all the time. Any help would be appreciated.

I get this also ,but I just did new rotors/pads, stock z51
I hit mine fairly hard , but it never use to do it. I think I just lay on them harder. My mechanic says thier doing what yhey were designed to do. I just never noticed it b/f

all it says is service abs/traction control/active handling, when i go to pull the code it's not there

Do you have the telescoping wheel issue maybe? Is there possible a loose connector on your calipers?

Odds are that you have an abs sensor going bad, loose abs sensor harness, or wire that has worn through on the harness in one of your wheels.

Did you recently change the calipers or anything? Is it possible you have some air in the system and thats causing the sensor to act up?
