Default 402 Stroker/RPM Level VI Automatic

Thanks to Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh, N.C., for my 402 stroker motor, dual 100 shot nitrous, DTE rear, and the replacement of the 6 speed with a RPM Level VI automatic. The motor has approximately 1500 miles and has performed flawlessly. The car is now back in their shop for a cage and electronic cutouts. I've had experiences with numerous vendors and by far recommend Mayhem Motorsports. You can trust them for their quoted cost and expertise. I had a Jersy tuner do head & cam work and the motor blew. A Richmond, Va. vendor replaced a rear for me which did not last 2 weeks with no hard driving. I have spent approximately $35K with Mayhem Motorsports and am completely satisfied. A warning to tuners is that if you satisfy your customers you'll have their return business. I have sent other customers to Mayhem who also are pleased with their work.

the car ran 10.48@129 with a 1.42 60ft on motor and 9.65@141 on the jug. The car made 510rwhp when it had the 6 speed in it and has 2 stages 100 a piece on it, not sure what it did with the auto but does it really matter...lol

sorry to bump an old thread, but how did this thing perform in the long haul? How did mayhem's customer service stand up over the long haul? I'm new to the LS3 world and waffling between making mayhem or RPM my corvette "home". I live in Raleigh so both are accessible.

From my understanding I should stay away from carolina automasters. Again, sorry to bump an old thread, but I feel it's sort of justified...

We continued working with Thomas on his project, ran 7s in the 1/4, and at one time had the fastest C6 in the country. We recently helped him with his LS/Procharged swapped El Camino project.
