Halltech CAI question
I have a LS3 with a Halltech Killer Bee CAI and I was talking to a tuner and he told me that I lost power by putting on the CAI and not having it Dyno tuned he said it had to do with the MAF values and knock spark retard I told him that I have a modified Predator tune. MonteSS did it for me and my last data log showed zero Total Knock Spark Retard. I heard the Z06's had some issues when the used this CAI and Halltech had some tuning for them but I haven't heard of the LS3's having a issue.

I think that you will get some power but it wont be the most efficient without a tune. IMO 
I had the Halltech CAI and shroud/ ARH 1 7/8 LT no cats/B&B bullets/ 160 Tstat dyno tuned made 441rwhp / 435tq on LS3.
