Rim and tires
Im looking for good rubber and black rims to go with my car.

Also how can i make the brake pads red ? What would you recommend my car is victory red.

The brake calipers can be removed and powder coated red. Alternatively, you can buy red brake caliper paint and paint them yourself with them still on the car. On my SS, I used a paint by G2 to paint the calibers that worked very well.
There are many threads on tire selection you can research. If you want help you need to provide specifics about intended use, rim size, and any limitations (e.g. safe in the rain, must be a runflat, mileage, etc).

Toyo R888s are probably the stickiest street tire for stock rims.
Did you contact the company that has that picture you linked? Those guys sell wheels. If its on thier website, they probably can get it for you.
