I spent the day with Charlie at RPM, Inc. and he did his magic on my mild bolt-on LS2. The car drives amazingly well. I'm totally pleased with his work. It pulls strong in all gears with no issues. Results and my mods are in my signature and I intend to scan and post my dyno graph tomorrow from work.
Nice numbers, and a beautiful cat to boot...
Is this your first tune? How much HP do you think the Ported TB and Intake provided?
Long story but it was tuned and the TB ported with all the current mods and it dynoed at 352 rwhp. I had Spin port my stock Intake and touch up my TB. The original tune was on a Mainline Dyno whereas Charlie has a DYNOmite Dyno. No way to compare the numbers. I will say I think these are much more realistic numbers. First, the car drives amazingly stronger than before. There's no way it is just the ported intake making the difference. Second, I think if I assume the stock motor is 400 fwhp and rwhp "should" be about 15% less (M6) that would put a stock LS2 around 340 rwhp (I think that's also what I read most stock LS2's to run). So my mods and tune gained 55 rwhp and that's very believable.
Nice numbers and love that color! My '07 did a 356 on the dyno; stock MZ6 except for Corsa Sports. The mods you did look tempting.....
Thanks man. I appreciate the positive feedback. I'm real happy with the mods and results. I'm hoping this will be enough for me this time I think it's a pretty good "package" with decent results.
Do you have any plans on taking it to the drag strip to see what that HP does for your ET... I'd be interested to see as compared to mine..
My only Mod is a Vararam CAI... my best time is 12.08 @ 115.88 mph
I'm a A4 with 3.15 rear...
I'm curious to see if some of your mods would be worth the $$ for me to invest in...
To (me) I honestly don't care what kind of # my car makes on the dyno... if it cant "cut the mustard" on the track what is the purpose of having 400- 500 or 600 rwhp if it really don't help performance ?

I totally understand and agree with your feelings. The dyno numbers merely provide a bench mark and comparison tool. I don't intend to drag race this car. Did that for years and broke too much ****.
