Installed the Corsa X-pipe along with their Xtreme exhaust a while back. Went with the X-pipe to cut back on the deceleration "burble". All I can say is I like the sound at idle, cruise, WOT and on deceleration. Bubble-bubble, roar-roar, pop-pop!! Know you're talking Sports and not Xtremes. My plan was to use the sports at first. Rode in cars with both and knew the Xtremes were for me. Think it was the name "XTREME" that was scaring me off. Both of the cars had the X-pipe, so maybey I was just playing follow the leader. I'm happy. Aint spending hard earned money nerve racking. "Oh dear, I sure hope I'm getting the right thing!" Good luck to you!

Great exhaust. I have mine on for two months now and now a single regret. Loud when you get on it and quiet at cruise. No Drone!

Hated my Borla Stingers on my 2004, great sound but the drone was enough to kill you

So the only real purpose for the X pipe is to minimize the "burble" on decel? Is their any other benefit to it? Is the Corsa Sport so loud that it would be annoying as a daily driver to my neighbors, driving around town, etc...? I park my car in a parking garage, and wouldn't want to be setting off alarms as I roll through late at night.

Two words: Do it! I installed a Corsa Sport exhaust last month, and I love the sound, no drone, and a nice evil burble on downshift/decel.

I too have the Sports, used to like the burble but now 3 years later don't.

Tried to have it tuned out, with little success.

Someone said the Coras X-pipe will stop most of the burble on decel when used with the Corsa Sports.

Any truth to this?

akrapovic also claims no drone, at least with the stock exhaust manifolds. availlable in Ti, real light and works like the stock NPP version. oh and real expensive
