Default LS3 Dyno Result

Finally Got my car on a Dyno and Tuned Today at 21st Century Musclecars in Dallas Texas. It laid down 430.6rwhp / 423.7rwtq (SAE Numbers) on a Dyno Jet.
The Car is an 08 Base MN6 with K and N intake, Kooks 1-7/8 LT's Catted 3" X-pipe, Borla ZO6 Multicore 3" exhaust and Ported T/B.

I have the Dyno Graph and Vids but i don't know how to post it here. any help is appreciated.

Torque numbers are good even with 1-7/8's Longtubes. let me know what yall think.

Very nice. I've gotta get me an intake, I'm missing out on what looks to be about 15 rwhp.

Very nice! My '08 M6 put down 383hp/385tq stock and I just finished installing Z06 manifolds, cats and 3" Bassani catback along with a Vararam. I can't wait to see what it does with a tune. It will be somewhere north of 400 which is ok with me.

I bet your Kooks/Borla combo sounds mean!

Stupid question on dynos...if you add 15% do you get what the crank power is?

Damn you. I was hoping for 440rwhp when I get tuned next week, but now that's looking optimistic.

It's an 08 mn6 and I have:

z06 exhaust (manifolds to mufflers)
Vararam w/Spacer
Ported Throttle Body
Ported Intake manifold

Maybe 425ish, then??

I'm not sure it will be that high seeing as you're using Z06 manifolds, which do not flow as well as aftermarket ones. But dont get caught up in dyno numbers.

everyone needs to calm down and remember that a dyno is mainly used for tuning, not comparing.

you'll break your heart if you compare dyno's.

there are too many variations in types of dynos and weather and settings.....just reminding people to not get so dissapointed with numbers that probably shouldn't match up.

The dyno numbers look normal with those mods.

I just put my M6 LS3 on the dyno today after installing my LS7 manifolds and cats, Bassani 3" catback and Vararam on Saturday. As mentioned earlier, it did 383hp/385tq stock. Today it put down 402hp/400tq on the same dyno with similar weather. It was still showing to be pretty rich so I'm hoping with a tune I'll be maybe a little closer to the 415 mark.

Yes. You can definitely feel the difference. Doug did an awesome job with the tune. the car pulls much harder to redline.

just finished mine today...LG 1 3/4 catted street series headers, callaway intake, and I put down 410rwhp/410rwtq. i was pleased because i still have my stock mufflers, stock throttle body, and stock intake manifold. all that is getting done when my cam goes in in two weeks. i'm hoping to be just a hair under 500rwhp after the rest goes in! i haven't decided on which axle back to go with yet though. prob borla...

and yeah 21st Century Muscle Cars is a first class place with great pricing and extremely friendly employees. I went to 3 other shops in dfw before them and everywhere else acted like they were too busy to talk and answer questions.
