Interesting. I had an engine tune only (no A6 tranny tuning) and my
car goes like a bat out of hell too....11.74 ET @120.83 with a few bolt-ons (cai, headers, tune, DR's). It is still quite well mannered on the street and my runflats can handle it too, even from a dig. Plan on taking your car to the strip?

yea hopefully I can get a hit before the temp here get's too hot. I too was tuned with no trans calibration prior and car moved out just sluggish stock shift parameters. I Only have intake and catback and stat in car and RF's with about 70ish percent of the tread left . (new tires should be in within a week or 2 installed) hopefully the new tire will perform better than runflats in my opinion . WOT on the 1-2 shift the vehicle has a traction issue and with all nannies off require a bit of steering input to stay in my lane... But I have never managed to be able to pack more than 35 to 40 percent throttle out of the hole on Rf's . Your car should be more pissed than mine. Care to share your throttle modulation secret to leaving hard from a dig as I need all the help I can get...came from a high 480 hp terminator so I know how to pedal the car but my ford was on dr's 100 percent of the time. I can't seem to play nice with my rf's hopefully the invo's act different On moderate throttle out of the hole.

I dont know what to say. I got the base suspension and always stomp 100% throttle off idle on the dig with no traction problems with TC off (AH ON). I do get a bit of spin on the 1-2 shift (which is normal since that 's where the higher power is) but no traction issue. If you got Supercar tires, I know they dont work at all below 55* temp. Did you have these traction problems with just the engine tune?
also on base coupe. With motor tune only on the change the tires would talk a bit, but not a full back end is trying to step out game like now. the 1 to 2 with nannies off require counter steer a bit ha ha it's nuts. need to sample alternate tires to see if issue continues. my rf's are old and perhaps hard as cement . As you can tell i'm not a huge fan of them at all

Let us know if new tires help. I have never been a fan of tranny tuning for this reason. Not convinced it makes you go any faster either.
If the car shifts faster you will see lower ET's at the track. You won't necessarily see higher trap speeds though....
I had my tranny tweaked too. The shift times were moved down so it will shift faster. I have an a4 so I also had the valve body ported since I dont have the luxury of you a6 guys do with the fully tuneable tranny. Im going to the track hopefull next week and Ill have some improvements to report.
Please explain for a newbie what this "mod" is you did? I have and are new to the corvettes and have the A6. I really am not pleased with the shifting at all!
Thanks for the help!
