Default kooks vs lg headers .....????

Im wondering a few things about these 2 headers with cated x pipe since there the ones Im looking to get soon but cant make up my mind

  1. I was reading the catalog for the Lg headers and they state there headers have "no ground clearence issues " does the same hold true for the kooks headers ?
  2. What is the warranty on the lg headers
  3. What is the warranty on the kooks headers
  4. are the lg catz better than the kooks catz im asking this since they sate in there catralog "no converter flows more" or are the kook cats better than the lg ones ?

more questions to come

Both great headers, I've installed and resold my Kook's with no regrets
and now have American Racing or ARH, Another great piece, both had the compression type fitting on the collector, which is better than the slip fit connection on the LG.

Good question Ranger, I am in the same boat. Can't wait to see how the opinions come in.

I have Kooks 1 3/4 headers with the Kooks 3' x-pipe,and Kooks high-flow cats on the car for 3 years now and haven`t had any problems.

Great headers.

Good choice I had the 2.5 x-pipe. I would get the 3 inch!

Yes they should. The 3' x-pipe steps down to a 2.5 near the exhaust.

Ahhh, so they don't make a 3" Axle back? I heard only Z06's?

Because I ordered a Corsa Xtreme Axle back and in the feature I want headers. So I will have to get a 3"x 2-1/2 Xpipe?

I don't know who's is better, but I bought B&B because they bolted up to my cat back MagnaFlow system.

I bet that there will be a minimum of 20 people that will tell me that I should have bought X or Y headers, but I don't care I am happy with the decision I made.

Never thought about the warranty. It's very rare to see them fail since there are no moving parts and no egr hook-ups.

LG's here.

It is not a problem at all to purchase from use the 3 mid sections only. We sell them on a daily basis.
