Harland Sharp rockers installed (LS2)
Bad news - Obviously I need shorter push rods even though the stock 7.4's I had before worked fine. The valves are hanging open and it cams HARD and runs weak though I hardly drove it. The heads are milled .020 to get a 63cc chamber so does anybody know what push rod to run with these rockers?
I was HOPING one of you guys had a set laying around that I could try......Chuck, my buddy...... I'm thinking 7.350? Or should I go 7.375?
They sure look sexy though
I guess I will be putting the stocker crap back on for now, damn it.

What gasket? (for countering base circle along with milled heads)
What does 'cams hard' mean? Lopes?
Do you know what the reciprocating weight of the rockers are?
What valve springs do you have?
What installed height?
Did they supply rocker shims? What you're describing is the correct pushrod with incorrect preload from incorrect shims.

1- Vengeance 224/235/610/620/115
2- GM 6.0 MLS gasket / 63cc chambers ( milled 010 or 020 - I forget now whatever gives me 63cc on an LS2 head - may have to call TEA)
3- It was like I installed a nasty cam, very agressive lope compared to my street lope as usual. I didn't run it very long since it felt like it was down on power and it wanted to stall.
4- No sir
5- Patriot Duals
6- Not sure on the height but it would be the same height Patriot offers with their shims.
These are Non-adjustables ( no shims ) but there is a chance they could be 1.8's instead of 1.7's. I am waiting to hear back from HS.
I threw the stockers back on and all is good for now. I am rying to figure out how to identify which ratio they are. There is no " 1.7 " or " 1.8 " stamped anywhere.
Thanks Spin.

I found the problem.
The rockers were making contact in 4 different areas on the valve cover even with the baffles removed and it was so bad, it was not allowing 4 valves to seat, no wonder it was a harder start every few starts. I guess every car is a bit different. I had to grind down 4 spots under the valve cover and even used the stock length push rods. Works perfect.
Verdict - car idles a bit smoother and it did quiet down the valetrain some. The WOT is smoother and I can feel a little more power while going 50% throttle off a light, what I usually do where I can compare. Much quieter at WOT upshift though, much quieter and smoother when it shifts at 6500-6600.
My lift is .610/.620 -
Now for the tune since these have been known to cause false spark knock causing some timing to be pulled. FYI.
I called Comp cams with a few questions and they were such a-holes I will never call them again. They would'nt look up my customer info to help me at all. A-holes.
Brian Tooley - amazing help with this. Thanks Brian.

Great point! TEA ported my heads and they had previously notched the heads where the rockers almost make contact, otherwise be careful with the clearance on the back of the rocker and he head.
